For a variety of reasons, many organizations still need certified hard copies of these online records. RRM Law provides online document certification services in response to increasing demand, guaranteeing that printed copies faithfully replicate the original electronic form.

Process and Requirements

Please note that emailed files are insufficient for certification; in order to use our online document certification service, your document needs to be available through a specific web address (URL). The procedure is simple: you give our Notary Public access to the pertinent website so they can view the document online. The Notary then prints the document and attests to its accuracy, stating that the printed copy accurately reflects the electronic version.

If the document is needed for verification procedures or records at an institution, you can submit it with confidence if you receive a certified hard copy.

Notarial Certificate

Our Notary will attach a Notarial Certificate to the printed document after certification. They have verified the equivalency of the printed and online versions and have stamped and sealed this certificate to attest to that fact. The legitimacy and integrity of the document are guaranteed by this extra degree of validation.
