PROVINCIAL NOMINATION PROGRAM SERVICES

Canada's provincial nominee programs (PNPs) provide a pathway to permanent residence for individuals looking to immigrate to a particular province or territory. Each province and territory have its own PNP tailored to address its unique economic and demographic requirements.

To apply for the Canadian PNP program, applicants must provide the following:

  • A minimum of 67 points on the Canada PNP Points Grid
  • Educational credentials
  • Work experience
  • Medical insurance
  • A police clearance certificate
  • Any other supporting documents required.

To obtain a provincial nomination, follow these steps:

  • Contact the province or territory and apply for a nomination.
  • Create an Express Entry profile and select the provinces and territories you are interested in.
  • If a province or territory sends a "notification of interest" to your account, reach out to them and apply for a nomination.

Some provinces and territories in Canada offer Provincial Nominee Programs that do not need a job offer. These programs focus on selecting candidates who possess the skills and qualifications required by the province's labor market.

Unfortunately, being nominated by a province or territory does not guarantee permanent residency in Canada. You must also meet the statutory requirements to apply for permanent residency.
